Our community hosts a variety of families of different styles and from different places around Israel and the world. The human landscape here supersedes the view from our windows. A visit with us is worth more than a thousand words!

The community consists of 70 families and growing.
Facilities and institutions:
National funded infant daycare, two preschools, Ma’ale Hever yeshiva for young members, Torah Yeshiva, Yeshiva high school, Shavei Hevron Yeshiva, Midrasha, Jewish studies Midrasha, vacationing and hosting campus, library, play space, playgrounds, Bnei Akiva branch, varied communal activities.
Local businesses:
Photography, linguistic editing, alternative health treatments, Torah scribe (Sofer STaM), organic chocolate plant.
Employment:
Standing army military officers, Yeshiva students, teaching and instruction, medicine, hi-tech, accounting and bookkeeping, social workers, real estate, landscape and self-employed in the liberal professions such as engineering.
Outside our community employment is found mainly in Kiryat Arba, Gush Etzion, Jerusalem, Kiryat Gat and Be’er Sheba.
Interesting to Know:
A substantial portion of our community’s young adults have married and returned to us to build their permanent homes here. Even National Service girls who have served here have returned with their new spouses to settle in our community.
